  • Eliminates the requirement to get an “administrative adjustment” for properties in CTA transit-served locations (the purple area on the map below)
  • The option to provide less parking, including being able to provide no parking, is extended to RS and RT zoning districts for the first time (where the majority of detached houses and 2-to-6 flats get built)
